- 185g butter
- 220 g panela sugar
- 1 egg + 1 egg yolk
- 240 g flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon vanilla paste
- 1 teaspoon fleur de sel
- 100 g dark chocolate pieces
- 300 g caramel or milk chocolate pieces
Preparation: Prepare the oven to the appropriate temperature:
- Preheat the oven to 170°C.
- Beat the butter with the sugar until creamy and well combined.
- Add the egg and egg yolk, stirring constantly.
- Once the mixture is homogeneous, add the flour, baking soda, salt and vanilla paste.
- Mix everything well until a uniform dough is formed.
- Stir in the caramel pieces or chocolate chips (or both).
- Place the dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Then it is shaped into small balls of about 50 g.
- Bake in the oven for approx. 8 minutes.
