Our figs are sun-dried, unsweetened and unsulphured to preserve their natural taste, aroma and nutrients. This variety, "Smyrna", is grown on our own farms in Turkey. It is known for its fruity, slightly malty flavour and tastes equally good on its own or with cheese.
