All you need is water
Use plain tap water without additives for the water container. It can remain safely in the pillow for up to a year and only needs to be removed before washing.
Fine tuning
If you feel like it could be a little stronger/stronger, simply add more water - continuously and if necessary by the milliliter until it is 100% right. If it is too strong or hard, simply drain any excess water. Tip: It is best to start with less water and then gradually increase.
Filling and removing residual air
Filling is easy and convenient with the included funnel, which is also a tool for opening and closing the safety cap. After filling, press the air to avoid annoying noises such as gurgling - and you're ready to try it out.
