• Is it possible to sharpen the slicer blade? No, it is not possible to regrind or sharpen the blades. The surface of the blades is hardened, regrinding or sharpening wears down the hardened surface and the blade becomes dull faster.
  
• Is it possible to replace the blade of the multi-function slicer? Yes, you can remove and replace all blades of our multi-function slicers yourself. Depending on the model, our devices have different blade locks.
  
• Can I remove the blade for cleaning? Each of the blades can be removed for easier and more thorough cleaning. You can read how to open each lock under the heading "Can I replace the slicer blade?"
  
• Do I still need to assemble the slicer after purchase? Some of our slicers still require assembly or insertion of a few components, such as the food cart or food collection tray.
