Special stainless steel

The special and durable stainless steel produced by ZWILLING contains 18% chromium and 10% nickel, which makes it particularly easy to clean, scratch-resistant and rust-resistant due to its high quality.
Forged steel knives
Our monobloc knives are forged from a single piece of high-quality blade steel and then hardened. Thanks to the hardening process and surface treatment, the knives are characterized by maximum corrosion resistance and good cutting properties. Proper cleaning
The cutlery is dishwasher safe and is made for daily use. To ensure that your cutlery retains its beautiful appearance for a long time, a few care instructions must be followed. Food residues or cooking salt can attack stainless steel. Therefore, cutlery should be cleaned immediately after use, without using steel wool or abrasive detergents. If you discover traces of rust on your cutlery in individual cases, this may be so-called "quick rust", which has been transferred from other non-stainless products.
