RUF, XXL dark chocolate drops for baking, vegan, gluten-free, 100 grams
Due to the low cocoa butter content and the high cocoa content of at least 50%, the chocolate drops are resistant to baking, so they do not melt during baking and remain firm when bitten. The XXL chocolate pieces can not only be mixed into the dough of muffins and cookies, but are also suitable as a icing on cupcakes and creams. They are a delicious alternative to milk chocolate, with a rich flavor, free of animal products and gluten.
