Fancy a little color? Bring a little color to your everyday kitchen with our food coloring. Our food coloring is perfect for coloring dough, fondant, icing, marzipan, creams, yogurt, ice cream or cocktails. Delight your guests with colorful and creative masterpieces.
The set consists of the colors blue, green, yellow and red.

Ingredients: Glucose syrup, sugar (28%), water, dyes (patent blue VE 131, real carmine E 120, riboflavins E 101, curcumin E 100), acidifier citric acid E 330, gelling agent pectin E440, preservative potassium sorbate E 202. May contain traces of cereals with gluten, egg, milk and edible nuts.

Instructions for use

Preparation: For colouring foods such as doughs, creams, sugar icings and coatings. Not suitable for consumption as such. 1. Knead the tube well before opening. 2. Twist the cap and cut the tip of the tube at any point with scissors or a knife. 3. Add the desired amount of food colouring, but not more than 1 tube per 1000 g, to the mixture to be coloured and mix or knead until a uniform colour is obtained. 4. Close the tube tightly after use.
