But you don't always want to use artificially produced food coloring, which is why you can turn to plant-based foods - like beetroot. However, this usually involves a lot of effort and, above all, discolored hands and stained clothes.
With our natural food coloring, you can color both sweet and savory dishes in a completely natural way, without much effort. This is because our green coloring powder gets its great, subdued color from milk thistle. The use of agave syrup allows the natural flavor to fade into the background, and icings, creams, cake fillings, fondant and marzipan get a soft green with our coloring powder, without any additives.
Plus, natural dyes are vegan and gluten-free!

Ingredients: Sugar, starch, concentrated food coloring (safflower, spirulina), natural bourbon vanilla flavor. May contain traces of egg, milk, soy and edible nuts due to the production process.

Instructions for use

Preparation: For coloring glazes, creams, cake fillings, fondant, marzipan and drinks. Contents of the bag + mass to be colored + mix well = done!

Tip: For better solubility, dissolve the powder in 2 tablespoons of warm water. Note: The colors are not stable when baking. The contents of one sachet are sufficient for approximately 200 g of the mass to be colored. The yield may vary depending on the desired color.
