Basic mix: Wheat flour, sugar, table salt, caramel powder (caramel, maltodextrin), natural flavors. 36% cream powder: sugar, maltodextrin, modified starch, citric acid acidifier. 8.3% strawberry sauce powder: sugar, modified starch, 0.7% strawberry puree, maltodextrin, citric acid acidifier, natural flavor, beetroot juice concentrate food coloring.

How to use

For the base: 40 g softened butter 15 ml (approx. 2 tablespoons water) For the cream: 400 g cold cream 400 g cream cheese For the strawberry sauce: 40 ml (approx. 4 tablespoons) lukewarm water. Prepare the base: Line a springform tin (Ø 26 cm) with baking paper. Place the softened butter, water and base mixture in a bowl and crumble with your hands. Then pour the filling into the springform tin, smooth with the bottom of a spoon and press firmly into the base of the springform tin. Prepare the cream: Place the cream cheese, cold cream and cream powder in a bowl and mix with a hand mixer (beater), first on the lowest setting, then on the highest setting for at least 1 minute, until the mixture is firm. Spread the cream evenly over the base. Chill and serve: Refrigerate the cake for at least 1 hour. Before serving, loosen the edge of the springform pan with a knife. Then mix the strawberry sauce mixture with the lukewarm water and spread decoratively over the cake.
