Forged steel knives

Our monobloc knives are forged from a single piece of high-quality blade steel and then hardened. Thanks to the hardening process and surface treatment, the knives are characterized by maximum corrosion resistance and good cutting properties. The finely serrated edge on the front of the blade ensures even better cutting performance.

Proper cleaning

The cutlery is dishwasher safe and is made for daily use. To ensure that your cutlery retains its beautiful appearance for a long time, a few care instructions must be followed. Food residues or cooking salt can attack stainless steel. Therefore, cutlery should be cleaned immediately after use, without using steel wool or abrasive detergents.
