Product description
PREPARATION IS CHILD'S PLAY
1. pour the contents of the baking mixture into a bowl
2. mix with 20 g apple cider vinegar and 420 g water (approx. 90 degrees).
3. knead until it becomes a sticky, homogeneous mass.
4. With wet hands, divide the mixture into 6 parts of approx. 120g each.
5. Shape each part into a snake.
6. Press the two ends of each bun together until they come together.
7. Bake at 175° fan oven for approx. 40 minutes.
TIP: Baking time will be 5-10 minutes longer without convection.
STORAGE: Once baked, they can be stored in the refrigerator for 4-5 days and in the freezer for 6 months.
