Each nougatine tells us a sweet story: the journey that took the exotic cocoa to meet the crunchy Piedmont PGI hazelnuts. The recipe has not changed since 1905: a core of chopped Piedmont PGI hazelnuts, bound with caramelized sugar and wrapped in pure dark chocolate.
